    Nélio Drumond, PharmD, PhD

    Nélio Drumond is a licensed Pharmacist with a PhD specialization in Patient-Centric Pharmaceutical Drug Product Design. His research focused on identifying the comprehensive needs of special patient populations to design appropriate drug products that can enhance patient acceptability and compliance with prescribed treatments.

    Dr. Drumond shares several years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry, spanning expertise in formulation development, process validation, technology transfer, and commercial manufacturing operations.

    He is an internationally respected speaker and the Founder of The Pharma xCentric, an online platform that promotes advancements in Patient-Centric innovation and connects stakeholders interested in the design of drug products that can better meet the needs of special patient populations.
